May 23, 2018 | You Need Passion & A Business Plan | Straight Talk with Lou Mosca

♪♫♪♫ Hey, Lou Mosca of American Management Services
here in Orlando, FL. The age-old question: What came first, the
chicken or the egg? As an entrepreneur, as a business owner, I
read recently that people challenge whether you need to have passion or a business plan. My answer to that is yes, you should have
both. If you ever lose the passion for your business,
if you’re not out leading the charges — and that doesn’t mean you’re the guy that’s got
to strap on the boots — but everybody knows you’re leading the charge. Your heart, your soul, your DNA is in the
game. The business plan that you draft or you have
drafted for you should flow easily. It should flow easily. If you don’t have a business plan and you
just have passion then what you’re doing is shooting in the dark. And if you have a business plan and you don’t
have passion then no one is going to want to follow you. You really need all of it. If you’re not sure how to put it all together,
then you shouldn’t be an owner. That’s the real tough part that maybe you
shouldn’t be an owner. If you have any questions you want to talk
about — passion versus business plan versus execution versus maximizing profitability,
give me a call (800) 743-0410. Have a good day.
