the “9th Must Do” of your Online Business. And that is “Focusing on Marketing and Sales.” Ok. Focusing on Marketing and Sales might
sound very obvious, but I can tell you one thing with absolute certainty that most businesses
that are unsuccessful are unsuccessful because their focus in on the products that they make,
the services they provide and perfecting the operations rather getting in new clients. Getting new clients comes down to marketing
and sales. Instead of spending 80-90% of your time in your products and services, spend
80-90% of your time on Marketing and Sales and just look what happens to your business. Now if you’re creating a business right
now from scratch, you can do this right from the start. Get into that habit of spending
at least 7 out of the 8 hours that you work on your business on Marketing, on Sales specifically.
Building your list, giving people a free offer, improving the offer, getting the right type
of targeted traffic. That’s all marketing. And from the sales perspective, perfecting
your Sales Funnel. Perfecting, how you’re moving people through your channel. So that
you can optimize the life-time value of your client. Ok. So, remember in a nutshell, 80% of your
time put it into Marketing and Sales.
