We recently switched POS systems from Lightspeed to Teamwork, we were so unsatisfied with Lightspeed but we have so many issues with Teamwork and so many things not working, apparently anytime you need to make changes to the system to accommodate our needs there is a fee, out customers are not happy at all and there is no immediate help from the support team from Teamwork as you call state your problem they then give you a ticket and will call you back as soon as THEY can. We are loosing sales and a lot of time since switching to Teamwork
