The Biggest Mistake I Made When Starting My Business | Inc.

(calm music) – The biggest mistake I made
is not being vulnerable enough. – Participating in
gossip within the office. – Easily, not having tough
conversations early enough. – Just separating that work life balance. – Really, really screwing up a price for a large scale contract. – Not to started sooner. – Probably waiting for the
business to come through the door versus going out and seeking
or finding the business. – Not understanding early on
the potential of our business and where we could go with it. – I think I didn’t have enough confidence in the milestones and the
goals that we can achieve and we did it really quick so I think, man, if we’d have came in
with that type of energy, if I would have came in
with that type of energy, and that type of confidence in myself, the world would be ours right
now and we’re on our way.

  1. Seriously if office gossip is ur biggest issue then ur business is great. Bc gossip has been here since the beginning of time and it's silly to think u will be the first owner to end it.

  2. Not starting sooner and waiting for success to come to me instead of going out to get it. I'm guilty of that. 😊 Good video.
